- Organic Peppermint Leaf
- 100mL Dropper Bottles
YOU WILL ALSO NEED:
- 80+ proof food-grade alcohol, or vinegar
- 2 lidded jars
- About 20 minutes, plus
- 10 seconds a day for 4-6 weeks
Tinctures made with alcohol will keep for many years on the shelf. Vinegar preparations will keep for 1 year.
All ingredients will last for roughly 2 years if stored in a cool, dark place.
The kit contains no plastic packaging - all ingredients come in glass jars which can be refilled or reused.
